They performed at the Cavern playing several encores upon demand from an enthusiastic and energetic crowd! Eric Paisley guested with the band. Eric, who is from Berlin in Germany, is one of the most in-demand John Lennon impersonators joined the band for two special concerts in Liverpool; one at the Cavern Club and at the Cavern pub, the very places where The Beatles found fame.

VIDEO DEMONSTRATION & GUITAR LESSON: Dale Harris Plays The Beatles Music On Guitar

Three instrumentals by Lennon & McCartney for solo guitar arranged and played by Dale Harris, lead guitarist with The Apple Core Beatles Tribute Band. This video demonstrates Dale's approach to reducing multiple parts down to one guitar. Such passages in the Beatles music normally require multiple performers:

1. I've Just Seen A Face
2. In My Life
3. And Your Bird Can Sing

We recreate the classic styles of the Beatles such as the mop-top hair-cuts and the iconic suits and costumes as you will see in our photo gallery. In order to reproduce those unique sounds, we are fully equippedidentical musical sound equipment, including Paul's Hofner violin bass, John's Epiphone Casino plus George's Gretsch and Rickenbacker guitars. The Apple Cores are very fortunate to possess some of the most talented musicians to play the parts of John, Paul, George and Ringo that rival any in the business!

Apple Core Member Spotlight: James

James is the bass player of the band and being left-handed is the proud owner of Hofner bass. He’s also an active songwriter, vocalist and on occasion a rhythm guitarist and keyboard player.

It has been a long time ambition to join a Beatles covers or tribute band, his quest began in 2001 at the age of 17, playing his first ever gig at the Cavern (sadly in East London not Liverpool) and like George Harrison in Hamburg got busted for being under age and thrown out half way through a gig. James is the most recent member of the band who previously worked with the ‘PlasticSouls' and ‘The RoofTops.

‘A Hard Day’s Night’ was the first CD ever owned by James (bought for him by his dad when he was 8 years old) and has been a Beatle fan ever since. He first picked up a guitar at the age of 14 and learnt to play a few Beatles songs by the time he was 15, but moved on to keyboard and didn't pick up a guitar again until he was 17.

Being the newest member of The Apple Core Beatles playing bass and keyboard, James is very proud to still be paying tribute to the Greatest Band of all time!
